This Privacy Policy explains how AppBid handles personal information. AppBid is operated by AMF Business Solutions and Services Ltd.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, email-verification status, and basic profile information associated with sign-in.
- Google sign-in information: if you choose Google sign-in, AppBid receives authentication identifiers and basic account information that you authorize Google to provide.
- Developer and App information: App submissions, official store links, selected categories, eligibility information, App-management claims and supporting information, and requests to correct or manage listings.
- Promotion and payment information: Promotion amount and activity, payment status, Stripe identifiers, receipts, refunds, disputes, and transaction metadata needed for accounting, support, fraud prevention, and ranking.
- Usage, analytics, and security information: interactions with AppBid, aggregate impressions and store-link clicks, cookie preferences, request timestamps, and limited technical information used to secure the service and prevent abuse.
- Communications: information you include when contacting support or making a privacy, billing, moderation, or account request.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts; accept and review App submissions; operate paid Promotions and rankings; link visitors to official app stores; process payments, refunds, and disputes; provide support; enforce eligibility and moderation rules; measure service use; protect AppBid and its users; comply with applicable obligations; and improve the platform.
If AppBid later requests additional Google permissions or changes how Google user data is used, this policy and the relevant consent information will be updated before that expanded use.
Payments and Stripe
Stripe processes payment and card information for AppBid. AppBid does not store complete payment card numbers or card security codes. We receive and retain limited payment and transaction metadata from Stripe, such as payment identifiers, amount, currency, status, receipt information, refunds, and disputes.
Cookies and analytics
AppBid may use cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics where applicable. Optional analytics use an opaque cookie and privacy-protective identifiers to aggregate discovery activity. They do not establish that a visitor installed an App, and they do not include payment-card details. Where an analytics choice is presented, you can allow or decline optional analytics.
Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed to operate AppBid, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transition subject to appropriate safeguards. Service providers may include Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and data services, Google when you choose Google sign-in, email-delivery providers, analytics and security providers, and hosting or infrastructure providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices and only receive information relevant to their role.
Promotion amounts and resulting ranking activity may be public, but AppBid does not publicly identify the Promoter or expose private payment details by default.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational, accounting, security, dispute, and legal purposes. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also change available cookie choices. Contact us if you want help with an account or sign-in method. Some records may be retained where required for security, payments, disputes, or legal obligations.
