Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of AppBid, an app discovery and promotion platform operated by AMF Business Solutions and Services Ltd. By using AppBid, you agree to these Terms.

The AppBid service

Consumers may browse AppBid and follow links to official app stores for free. Signed-in Promoters may submit legitimate published Apps and purchase one-time Promotions that add to an App's Promotion Total. Higher totals rank first in AppBid's clearly labelled paid rankings.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your sign-in methods, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Individual Promoters must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the transaction. You are responsible for activity undertaken through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

App submissions and Promoter responsibilities

You may submit or promote only Apps with a legitimate, publicly available listing on a supported Apple App Store or Google Play service. You must provide accurate store links and information, have any permission required for material you submit, and avoid implying that payment gives you ownership or management authority over an App. AppBid may verify, correct, reject, suspend, or remove content to protect users and marketplace integrity.

Eligibility and prohibited conduct

Apps and activity must comply with applicable law, official app-store rules, and AppBid's published requirements. You must not promote unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or materially misleading content; manipulate rankings or analytics; evade limits or moderation; impersonate another party; interfere with the service; or use unauthorized automation to abuse AppBid.

Paid Promotions and rankings

A Promotion is a one-time, additive payment in whole US dollars. It begins after payment confirmation and contributes to the selected App's Promotion Total. A displayed Projected Rank is an estimate only: Promotions do not reserve a position, and other payments, refunds, disputes, eligibility changes, or moderation can change rank.

Paid promotion does not guarantee downloads, installs, revenue, engagement, continued store availability, or any other business result. Paid position is not a statement about App quality, safety, popularity, or endorsement. Read the Paid Ranking Disclosure before purchasing.

Payments and refunds

You authorize the displayed one-time charge and are responsible for providing valid payment and billing information. Stripe processes AppBid payments. Applicable refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Chargebacks or disputes must not be used fraudulently; AppBid may provide relevant transaction and service-delivery evidence to Stripe or payment networks.

Suspension and termination

AppBid may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, Apps, submissions, or Promotions where reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, security threats, legal obligations, invalid store listings, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using AppBid at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment, intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

Intellectual property

AppBid and its original software, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. App names, icons, descriptions, screenshots, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You retain rights in content you submit and grant AppBid a non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, and adapt it only as reasonably needed to operate and promote the service.

Third-party app stores and services

Apple App Store and Google Play listings, downloads, purchases, availability, and app behavior are controlled by third parties. AppBid is not an app store, does not install Apps, and is not responsible for third-party services or Apps. Links do not imply endorsement.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of AppBid and may update these Terms as the service develops. We will publish material updates with a revised date and provide additional notice where appropriate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AppBid is provided on an “as available” basis without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot be excluded. AMF Business Solutions and Services Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of AppBid. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or other liability that cannot legally be limited.
